UDD launched Discolab for collaborative understanding of complex texts

Universidad del Desarrollo announced the launch of Discolab, a collaborative reading, annotation, and deliberation platform created by Cristian Candia-Castro.

The launch positioned Discolab as a tool for improving the understanding of complex texts through comments, votes, rankings, consensus signals, and controversy detection.

Cristian Candia studies how societies transform information into collective relevance through attention, memory, preferences, and coordination.
